(GHR-HRBP™︎)

Become a world-class Strategic HR Professional and
Global HR Business Partner who bridges business and people.

“Putting People First”

Strategic HR Execution Powered
by Human-Centric ×Data-Driven HRBPs

Program Overview

This is a practical program designed to develop your capabilities as a Global HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) who can own a cross-border HR strategy and contribute directly to management.

You will systematically learn business analysis, global HR strategy, human capital management, talent development, cross-cultural communication, and an overview of People Analytics.

Through this learning journey, you will build the knowledge and skills to take your first step as a global management partner and world-standard Global HR Business Partner (HRBP).

Message
Why We Developed the Global HRBP Program

Since 2021, we have been working to bring world-class HR education to Japan, and in 2023 we received the SHRM International Top Partner Award. In 2025, we launched the updated Global HR Education Program (GHR-P) and have been focusing on developing Global HR leaders who connect Japan and the world.

Through this journey, one need has become very clear: the need for HRBPs – HR partners who are directly connected to business reality and who can actually move strategy into action.

In a time when human capital management is required and CHROs are expected to be part of the G3 management team (CEO, CFO, CHRO) and participate in decision-making, the presence of HRBPs has become indispensable.

Looking globally, innovations such as AI, HRDX, and People Analytics are transforming how HR decisions are made. In Japan, more organizations are establishing or expanding Global HR departments, and the HR function is steadily shifting from “operations management” to “a driver of business strategy.” HRBPs are the key players who lead this transformation.

Our aspiration is to make this program the first step for professionals who can speak the language of world-class HR strategy, co-create the future together with management, and truly embody Global HRBP excellence.

Program Positioning

This program is positioned as a step-up course built on the foundation of the Global HR Education Program (GHR-P), where you learn the fundamentals of Global HR. It is designed to further develop your practical capabilities as an HRBP who “executes strategy as a Human-Centric and Data-Driven HR Business Partner.”

For those who aim to become Global Human Capital Leaders through GHR-P Advance™ (Global HR Advanced Certification, GHR-ProAdvance™), this program also functions as an important bridge.

Even if you have not yet completed GHR-P, the curriculum is designed so that those who possess KSAs (knowledge, skills, abilities & experience) equivalent to GHR-Professional™ can still fully benefit. However, by combining this program with GHR-P, you will gain a clearer and more practical image of a truly strategic HRBP, grounded in an End-to-End understanding of the HR function.

Please note that this program covers only the fundamental concepts of People Analytics. If you wish to acquire practical, hands-on skills that can be applied directly in your work, attendance at the People Analytics Program (GHR-PA™) is required.

Global HRBP Trends

  • In global companies, HRBPs work as true business partners to business unit leadership and frontline teams, leading the design and execution of both business strategy and HR strategy.

  • They leverage People Analytics and AI to visualize talent portfolios, turnover, and engagement, acting as human capital experts who provide data-driven insights and recommendations to top management.

  • In cross-cultural, multi-site, and remote environments, they lead organizational development that integrates DE&I and well-being, playing a key role in supporting global growth from both the “people” and “organization” perspectives.

A Key Feature of This Program

Deepening learning through objective, practical advice from professional instructors and empathetic peer feedback

HRBP Business Proposal Workshop

No more “learn and forget” – a workshop-style program to create HR proposals that truly reach management

Throughout the course, participants will work on a series of exercises where they reflect on their own context and challenges, analyze them from a Global HRBP perspective, and elevate them into strategic HR proposals.

During the program, each participant will identify issues that emerge from their learning journey as a Global HRBP and organize them into an “HRBP Business Proposal.” This is not just a list of problems, but an output that includes insights and recommendations for improvement, with the following objectives:

▶︎Visualizing strategic HR issues rooted in real business challenges
▶︎Developing analytical skills from a Global HRBP perspective
▶︎Enhancing proposal and influencing skills toward management
▶︎Learning how to express HR ideas in a way that truly resonates with executives

Participants will build their proposal step by step through exercises in each chapter, and in the final chapter they will compile it into a complete proposal that can be applied directly in their work.

Upon completion, you will have a strategic HRBP proposal of a quality that can be presented to your own organization or client.
This process not only makes your own growth visible, but also serves as hands-on training that strengthens your readiness to perform in real-life situations.

Note: During the exercises in each chapter, you will use PowerPoint to develop your HRBP Business Proposal. Please make sure you can use PowerPoint in your learning environment.

HRBP Business Proposal
Presentation Workshop

Practical presentation training to strengthen your impact on management

On the final day, each participant will deliver a presentation of their HRBP Business Proposal. This is a practical exercise designed not only to improve strategic proposal skills, but also to enhance persuasive communication and executive presence.

In this workshop you will:
▶︎Present in a format that simulates an actual management meeting
▶︎Receive feedback from the instructor and peers to refine your proposal
▶︎Improve professional skills such as storyline, structure, and impact
▶︎Develop meta-cognitive skills by reviewing your proposal through others’ perspectives

This presentation exercise is a valuable opportunity to build confidence and practical capability as an HRBP who can earn the trust of senior management.
