and to make a meaningful contribution to organizational management.
〜 Vision Behind the Development of the Global HR Education Program – Advanced (GHR-P Advance™) 〜
Since 2021, we have been committed to bringing world-class HR education to Japan.
In 2023, our efforts were recognized with the SHRM International Top Partner Award, and in 2025, we launched the Global HR Education Program (GHR-P) — a comprehensive program that reflects the current state of global HR, including Japan, and fosters HR leaders who can connect Japan with the world.
As the next step in this journey, we proudly introduce the Advanced Program (GHR-P Advance™) — designed to cultivate HR professionals who combine strategic insight with practical expertise as true business partners and leaders in Human Capital Management.
Today, the role of HR is shifting dramatically — from administrative operation to driving organizational transformation.
Emerging trends such as AI, People Analytics, and Human Capital Disclosure are redefining the relationship between management and HR.
HR leaders, including CHROs, are now expected not merely to support management, but to act as strategic partners who create organizational and business value.
GHR-P Advance™ was developed in direct response to this new global demand — a program grounded in the philosophy of People First and the practice of Data-Driven thinking, designed to nurture leaders capable of advancing global Human Capital Management.
Each participant will elevate their own knowledge and experience to a management-level perspective, gaining the confidence and capability to contribute to organizational growth across borders.
It is our sincere hope that this program will mark a new beginning —
a first step toward becoming a true Global HR Leader who drives transformation in a changing world.
Global Human Capital Management -World Trends
Visualization and Investment Evaluation of Human Capital
As international disclosure requirements for human capital intensify, HRBPs are increasingly expected to contribute to management decision-making through the effective use of HR data.
Collaboration with the G3 (CEO–CFO–CHRO)
HRBPs now play a strategic role as part of the “G3 Management” team, directly influencing business and organizational strategy.
Practical Application of People Analytics
More HRBPs are developing analytical capabilities to identify correlations between employee behavior, performance, and business outcomes, driving evidence-based decision-making.
Business Transformation through AI and HRDX
Beyond automation, AI is being leveraged for talent optimization, retention forecasting, and strategic workforce planning — with HRBPs taking the lead in directing these initiatives.
Integration of DE&I and Well-being Strategies
As diversity, equity & inclusion and well-being become central to organizational success, HRBPs are taking ownership from policy design to implementation.
Embedding “Strategic Agility”
In a rapidly changing global environment, HRBPs must develop the agility to drive transformation swiftly — empowering both people and organizations to adapt and thrive.

From the perspective of a Global Human Capital Leader, participants will identify issues, design actionable strategies, and develop strategic proposals that directly contribute to management objectives.
