Organizational Training

Examples of attendance

If a company is considering a human resources strategy as part of its management strategy, all executives should take this course.
If you are planning or implementing a restructuring of your HR operations (such as a shift to a job-based approach), the CHRO and the entire HR department should attend.
For strengthening global human resources, we gather global human resources managers from major countries and hold courses in English or bilingually.

For organizational training, we will dispatch instructors with a group of 5 or more people and conduct a detailed preliminary interview to hear each company's learning goals and current HR issues, and then provide a lecture that is most effective for each company.

Merits
  1. By having the CEO and other executives acquire the basics of global-standard HR, it will be possible to develop HR strategies within management.
  2. Share unified knowledge of HR strategies and methods (understanding and implementation approaches for job-based systems, etc.)
  3. Share HR terminology to facilitate effective communication among executives, HR departments and across the company.
  4. This will create a foundation for considering, implementing and implementing organizational reform and change based on management philosophy and strategy, rather than on methods.
  5. When course correction is needed, there is a common golden road that executives can return to.
