About the Global Human Resources Advanced Certification (GHR-ProAdvance™)
The Global Human Resources Advanced Certification (GHR-ProAdvance™) is certified by the Human Resources Accreditation Institute (HRAI).

This qualification will enable you to prove (passport) that you are a global HR professional active both domestically and internationally.

Annual Renewal Process
One year from the date of qualification:
GHR-CONNECTION No annual fee
From the second year onwards, you will be sent a renewal notice approximately 60 days before the expiration date and must complete the renewal procedure within the specified time period:
GHR-CONNECTION Annual membership fee: 12,000 yen

About Certification
Rather than being evaluated through a written exam, the qualification will be certified in a format that emphasizes communication skills and practical abilities as a global human capital leader.
Create and submit a practical proposal (PowerPoint format) based on what you learn in each module
Qualification Presentation (30-minute presentation) in Module 6 (final module)
Certification after comprehensive evaluation by instructor or judges
Presentations will be given in Japanese for Japanese programs, in English for English programs, and in both Japanese and English for bilingual programs.
Each participant will present their own thoughts, proposals, and action plans based on what they have learned so far.
Open session

Module 6 (Qualification Presentation) will be open to GHR-CONNECTION members, and any members who wish to do so can participate as auditors.
