We are pleased to announce that Fumie Hanazono, Founder & Chair of the Human Resource Accreditation Institute (HRAI) and a globally active expert in human resources and business management, has been appointed as a Special Professor at Bunri Sato Educational Institution. 

Bunri Sato Educational Institution pioneered hospitality education in Japan by establishing the country's first department of hospitality, and has since played a leading role in cultivating talent in the service industry.

This appointment and new collaboration mark the beginning of a new educational partnership aimed at developing the next generation of global leaders equipped to succeed on the frontlines of international business. 

Hanazono has over 20 years of experience serving as CFO and Global HR Executive at foreign-affiliated companies, dedicating her career to bridging Japan and the world through talent education.

She currently leads the Global HR Education Program (GHR-P™), which delivers specialized education connecting HR with business strategy both in Japan and abroad. 

Moving forward, Bunri Sato Educational Institution and HRAI will collaborate to:
